How to turn photos into one PDF
Forms often ask for “a single PDF” when you have a few photos of documents. Add the photos, rotate or crop them if needed, set the order, and you get one PDF with one photo per page.
Do it now, free and without uploading your file.
Open JPG to PDF →Make one PDF from several photos
- Open JPG to PDF.
- Select your photos. JPG and PNG both work, and you can pick several at once.
- Check the previews. Turn any photo the right way with ⟲ ⟳, and tap a picture to crop away the table or background around the page.
- Set the order with ◀ ▶ (or drag the cards on a computer), choose the page size, such as A4, and press the button to download the PDF.
The photos are converted on your device and are not uploaded.
Take better photos of documents
- Lay the page flat on a dark surface in good daylight, and hold the phone straight above it.
- Turn off the flash to avoid a bright glare in the middle of the page.
- Fill the frame with the page; a smaller, cleaner photo makes a smaller, cleaner PDF.
Too big for the upload form?
Phone photos are large. Run the new PDF through Compress PDF, or pick a fixed size such as under 200 KB.
Need to add the photos to an existing PDF?
Make the photo PDF first, then combine both files with Merge PDF.
Questions
Can I convert HEIC photos from an iPhone?

Is there a limit on the number of photos?
